Get ready for a flavorful journey through Spain in our Spanish cooking class in NYC! Here’s what to expect:
Start with a warm welcome from your expert chef, who will guide you through each step of creating a traditional Spanish spread. You’ll kick off with a hands-on lesson in crafting a variety of tapas, learning the secrets behind these small, flavorful dishes that start every Spanish meal with flair.
Next, dive into preparing a classic paella—the rich, saffron-infused rice dish that’s a Spanish staple. Your chef will demonstrate techniques to achieve the perfect paella, from layering flavors to creating the iconic crust, so you can recreate this crowd-pleaser at home.
To top off the night, you’ll prepare a decadent Spanish crème brûlée, perfecting the creamy, caramelized dessert that will leave your taste buds satisfied.

Booking Policy
- Feel free to reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your class begins.
- Between 48 to 24 hours prior, we’re happy to help you reschedule.
- Please note, within 24 hours of the class, we won’t be able to offer rescheduling or refunds.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time; - unfortunately, we can’t accommodate arrivals more than 20 minutes late as it disrupts the class flow.
- Classes require a minimum of 4 people to run. In the case that the minimum is not reached, we’ll send you an email/SMS to notify you. You’ll have the option for a refund or to reschedule.
