All About The French Connection

Our teacher Dona introduced us in French and took some time initially to get to know us. The venue was in a great location, mise en place was prepared, and the dining room served as a great place to wait between dishes and course change setup. The class was a good value, and using the torch on the French onion soup was fun! Dona was very positive and fun, and did a great job of getting people involved.

Teacher was great. He was so nice and taught us good skills. The food was great. We learned knife skills and how to combine cold eggs with hot liquid and how to make remoulade and chicken cordon bleu. Loved the finished product. The food was amazing. Venue was cozy which made it so nice.
