What to Expect
Throughout the class, you’ll master classic Greek dishes, starting with a crisp and refreshing Greek salad, followed by savory pastries like spanakopita and tiropita. You’ll learn how to create creamy, garlicky tzatziki and prepare dolmades—stuffed grape leaves bursting with aromatic flavors. The centerpiece of the meal, moussaka, will introduce you to the art of layering eggplant, potatoes, ground beef, and a velvety béchamel sauce. And of course, no Greek meal is complete without a sweet finish—our instructor will guide you through making buttery, honey-drenched baklava.

Booking Policy
- Feel free to reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your class begins.
- Between 48 to 24 hours prior, we’re happy to help you reschedule.
- Please note, within 24 hours of the class, we won’t be able to offer rescheduling or refunds.
- We kindly ask that you arrive on time; unfortunately, we can’t accommodate arrivals more than 20 minutes late as it disrupts the class flow.
- Classes require a minimum of 4 people to run. In the case that the minimum is not reached, we’ll send you an email/SMS to notify you. You’ll have the option for a refund or to reschedule.
Please Note
Public dates for this class require at least 4 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don’t reach this number, we’ll cancel the class; in this case we’ll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
