What to Expect
Begin your journey in Tuscany with a soul-warming pappa al pomodoro— a rich, comforting tomato and bread soup topped with fresh basil, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Next, head south to Naples, crafting tender veal and ricotta meatballs, served with pan-roasted vegetables and a balsamic reduction from Modena. Make a stop in Rome to prepare fluffy gnocchi alla Romana, the pillowy semolina rounds traditionally served on Sunday Italian tables. Finally, finish in Piemonte and Friuli with a creamy Amaretto tiramisu.
Your chef will guide you through each step, ensuring you can recreate this impressive menu with confidence. At the end of class, you’ll savor the fruits of your labor with a beautiful Italian dinner shared alongside fellow food lovers.

Booking Policy
- Feel free to reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your class begins.
- Between 48 to 24 hours prior, we’re happy to help you reschedule.
- Please note, within 24 hours of the class, we won’t be able to offer rescheduling or refunds.
- We kindly ask that you arrive on time; unfortunately, we can’t accommodate arrivals more than 20 minutes late as it disrupts the class flow.
- Classes require a minimum of 4 people to run. In the case that the minimum is not reached, we’ll send you an email/SMS to notify you. You’ll have the option for a refund or to reschedule.

Public dates for this class require at least 4 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don’t reach this number, we’ll cancel the class; in this case we’ll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
