You will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch:

Spinach and ricotta gnudi with brown butter and sage

Cavatelli with mushroom, sausage and sun-dried tomato

2 hours of preparation and cooking followed by 1 hr sit down lunch or dinner. Wine is on the house!!
